.dbf files are still be using in milliards systems all around the world. I think It's worth enabling importing such files.

Use the OLDB of Visual Foxpro:

Provider=VFPOLEDB.1;Data Source=C:\DBF\INVENTORY.DBC;Collating Sequence=MACHINE
