Allow adding custom sort on a column without the need for another column

While we currently have an option to sort a column by another column it also mean that every time you want to sort something you have to create a new column or introduce a new table that will have the sort id.

It would be nice to have a feature where one can just specify the sort order in the column properties itself.

e.g. if I have a column that has values like Commit, Upside, Omit, Won.. then I should just be able to have a column property where I can specific my Sort order as Won, Commit, Upside, Omit instead of having to create another new column.
