Please consider adding a Verinet Call ID link to reporting that incudes customer interactions and BAN information.
This would allow a far simpler processes for call observation and open coaching opportunities and streamline the process for improving customer care. I believe being able to quickly access recorded calls will drastically improve the coaching loop, saving time energy and effort and helping our customer facing teams be more efficient.
