    Export to PDF via Power BI Embedded API

    The export to PDF feature of Power BI Desktop is awesome. Could we have this PDF support option via the embedded API to generate PDFs into a network location? Say, an UNC path. This would be fantastic for bespoke applications!

    this is an urgently needed requirement.

    I've spotted this in the road-map, lets nope it comes to fruition...

    Hello,

    If one of the reasons behind PBI Embedded itself was to enable reporting towards end-Customers, and it's to be expected that the Customers would want to download their reports and not just look at them, then how come there is still no export-to-PDF option?

    Also, if this is ever available, it would be nice (if not to say "normal") to have it such that it prints all the data of the report, as per the current state/selections/filters that the User applied (and not just one-page screen snapshot).

    P.S.
    We considered replacing our current Customer-facing reporting architecture with Power BI Embedded, but we learned that there is no PDF export option, and this is a potential show-stopper for us as an organization to put Power BI to a widespread use.

    This is a top ask from possible clients. We really need to see this soon. We may actually loose a bid because we can't provide it with our embedded solution.
