Our team has recently been trying to adopt some of the newer features and practices of Power BI such as Data Flows and Shared Datasets. However, this has added some complexity in security and granting access/permissions. Namely, we have some end users who use only use our reports through the app and they're seeing "Couldn't load the data for this visual" errors while people who can use the workspace are not. Further, these users are in a different time zone so getting time with them to troubleshoot is difficult. It would be incredibly convenient if we could simulate using Power BI Service as another user.
