Hello,
within our organization we are reorganizing our Power BI Service structure.
We are thinking about the possibilties for rights & roles on certain workspaces and reports.
I learned about RLS and it's very helpfull. However, I would like to be able to change report visibility in de Power BI Service.
My idea is to manage report visibily.
For example, we have a workspace for the Purchase department. The department consist of a couple employees so, all of them have access to the workspace. To minimaze the total amount of workspaces, we also want to upload reports to one workspace which is only meant for one user of that department. I would like to be able to make a specific report only visible for one user, not everyone in the workspace.
Hopefully you will consider this idea of an alternative to this idea.
