Enable Power Automate for Power BI export to PDF etc. in PPU (Premium per User)

This would allow selecting specifc pages for export etc. and to send to Organisation Email Groups.

It is enabled for Paginated Reports but not Power BI Reports! Please can this happen or can we buy this module as an add-on!

This feature not available now with Power bi pro account or premium per user account.



I am try to export file from power bi via power automate I was following this link below:

And I get error because it is required a reserved capacities in Power BI Premium.



I don't need to have that for just exporting a file.



Can that option be available for Premiume per user or for Power Bi Pro



If cannot be available now. so when be available.



Because we have a user doing this manually everyday.



I would like to be automated that to be send daily.

It would be great if you could enable the export API for PPU licenses for Power BI reports. It is such a great feature and I dont understand why you would limit it to paginated reports.

Hello Team,

We are trying to Export to PDF using the Power BI REST API Export Power BI embedded analytics reports API - Power BI | Microsoft Learn using the Premium Per User license. We see that it works for the Embedded/Premium Capacity.

It would be very useful if we implement this functionality for the Premium Per User as Embedded and Premium are more Expensive.

Hope this functionality- will be implemented in the near future.

The additional cost to migrate from PPU to Premium only for this feature and that too for a small company 0f 5-10 people is totally unjustified.

Makes no sense to have the option in PPU directly in the subscribe option, but not in the API or Automate.

This is seriously needed for SME-tier customers. Expecting a business that has less than 10 full time employees to pay many thousands of dollars a month just to automatically generate PDFs of existing reports is absurd, especially when they're all on the PPU licensing model.

Genuinely IMMENSELY frustrating that this is the case.

This would save our Social Care company a significant amount of time by being able to email critical reports within the hour to individuals - not only relating to the care of residents but also maintenance tasks that we have reports on in PowerBI.

PPU has been around long enough now that it's the accepted way of using PowerBI in smaller businesses. Please turn this feature on for PPU.
