The idea is to allow specific conditions of data from a visual to impact the visibility of another visual.

For example if data in one visual greater than X, then hide Visual A.

I understand that such functionality would introduce the need to name visuals in PowerBI -- but this is not different than Excel, and would perhaps introduce the ability to manipulate visuals even further.

Would help me and my users SO MUCH. Without this functionality, I have to maintain different versions of reports

For me, the value is when i have a donut chart. If it's empty I want a more helpful message. While I could put a card on top of it which doesn't have text unless the chart is empty, it then prevents people from clicking through the card when there is data.

Agreed - this is sorely needed.
For example - I have a toggle I use to add certain figures to a report. They are stored on a Card. I would like to hide them instead of showing $0 when the toggle is off.
Please add Dev team!

This would be very useful. For example, a sales report by region and then by salesperson. The regional sales manager should see a control allowing them to select from a list of salespeople to filter results. The individual sales person doesn't need to see a list with only their name on it.
