Pin Visuals to Personal Workspace

I would like to propose an option for users to import a visual from one workspace into a dashboard in their personal workspace.

This would allow users to manage all of the visuals from one workspace as well as helping keep the main workspaces clean and manageable. It would also allow users to pull visuals from different workspaces into one workspace.
