RE:

Just came of a call with customer that couldn't believe this was not standard, since this is standard in NAV/BC.I have to agree.

RE:

Adding folders is definitely a value add but would definitely be more useful if there was a way to manage permissions at the folder level.

We have the same requirement from several different clients. It will be perfect to have solution in the standard functionality.

RE:

Should simply work as the same fashion like publishing from desktop where reports with the same name will overwrite the earlier version. Feel like this is a basis.

RE:

To add on here, this issue persists throughout the app, not just the login screens. There's a ton of wasted screen real estate, leaving the details portion of most forms with little to no room for displaying the most important information. There should really be some logic that forces at least the promoted fields to be visible, regardless of button/text size settings for the user.

It`s been more than 4 years since this idea was posted. Our BC customers, still finds it stange that this is not standard BC functionality. It will save users for a lot of manual work! @Microsoft; Please include in roadmap as soon as possible.

RE:

Is there an update on this yet? We need to be able to rearrange columns on the side bar with Table Fields as we see fit or at least keep the same order from Source Table. No point having these sorted in alphabetical order.
