    • Add Serona as a data source

Add the Serona RaaS platform as a data source. This would allow some interesting mining of RaaS data.

      • Q&A should not automatically show filter field

When you add "where field is this or that", the field is automatically displayed in the chart/table, even if I don't explicit ask to "show".
for example, show total dollarfield where category is something, it will automatically split the total by that category. I'm just interested in seeing the total dollars, period. In general, I don't want to see my "where" field displayed unless I ask for it (or at least a way to turn off).

        • Percentage with 3 digits (075% instead of 75%) on histogram 100% - release 2.38.4491.282 (august 2016)

I'm making a histogram 100% based on number of customers.

Percentage is automatically calculated by the visualization.

But this percantage is automatically based on 3 digits. I mean 75% is shown as 075%.

And impossible to change this format.

I've observed this new format from release 2.38.4491.282 (august 2016)

              • Access to Excel powerpivot model to be able to edit/modify model without rebuilding dashboard/reports

Need a page with my uploaded Excel models (or other data sources) where I can download, edit, and re-upload them and refresh the data behind them.

Hi there. At present, the app refreshes on the following triggers –
                      • When the app goes from background to foreground (i.e. switch between apps).
                      • Manually (pull to refresh).

Do you need it to refresh more regularly than that, or on other triggers?

                    • numeric data can be on a gradient when it is set as color

Basically if you had data with a lot of discreet numbers, when you set it to be the color variable, set a gradient of red to green for example of lowest to highest, instead of random discreet colors for each value.

                      • Silverback Learning MilePost

Milepost is a data warehouse for k-12 school districts and would be a great data source to be able to create reports and dashboards from.

                        • TurboTax

We will soon have a QuickBooks connector, why not TurboTax as well? Would be great to pull in TurboTax Data and build a dashboard similar to the QuickBooks one in progress to show income, deductions and expenditures, perhaps comparing income/taxes age/geo for your zip code (from public data). Why? This would be a great way to drive scaled awareness and adoption of Power BI.

                              • Need the ability to configure size limits on the preview page. Large tables sometimes only show a few records.

In the PowerBI Designer data preview screen, it would be good to have an option to have more data in the preview window. Currently tables get limited and the records shown are sometimes not helpful in data exploration

Hi James. Thanks for adding your suggestion! Why do you need to be able to see more data in the Query view? It’s designed to be a preview so you can quickly set up the transformations or manipulation you need to do to get your data into the right format. If you’re looking to do analysis on the data, the Report view is the place to do it (there you have filters, sorting etc. that don’t affect the data and are applied to your entire dataset).

                                • Limits

A limit addition to bar and line graphs to show thresholds. Options could include a set limit, moving average, and an operating range.

                                  • When "numbers" change in dashboard, it must be fluid

when users play around, they see awesome animations w.r.t pie graphs, bar charts, line charts etc.

Can we do the same for the numbers (text object which depicts the summary value). for eg. when 9 changes to 15 it should not be abrupt. you should see the animation of changes from 9 to 15. that gives a good visual presence that numbers changed

                                      • Query Fields <> Report Fields

I choose a subset of columns in the Query area, but all columns show in the Report area; I am expecting them to be same as in PowerPivot.

I am so impressed with what you are doing with this - you are going to set the competition on their heels.
