Export to PowerPoint reveals "hidden" Pages, and the "hidden" pages contribute to the maximum of export limit of 15 pages. It would be great if:
a) the hidden pages did not contribute to the maximum 15 pages
b) the hidden pages were not revealed when exported to PowerPoint204 votes
This is coming soon when we also release filtered export capabilities in the service. We’ll have an update on this status shortly!
It would be nice if there is an option to have a scheduled export of a report to PDF. A nice to have feature would be to directly e-mail it to people so they are being notified of the latest report.4,237 votes
We recently announced the ability to schedule PDF attachments for Paginated Reports in Power BI (https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/e-mail-subscriptions-for-paginated-reports-is-now-available/).
We’re planning to have this ability for Power BI reports as well, but it will take time to put that feature in place.
For folks asking about the ability to print/export the entire table of data to PDF or other format, we’ll be announcing shortly the ability to publish paginated reports using Power BI datasets, which would allow folks to create simple paginated report tables to use for this scenario, as it’s not currently possible to do this with Power BI reports natively at this time.
The current capacity usage report just shows Good/Marginal/Critical. This information does not help with troubleshooting or capacity planning. Request to have more detailed report (e.g., line graph) with historical data. This will help with troubleshooting issue if we see usage spikes or with capacity planning for growth trend.18 votesstarted · AdminSwati Gupta- MSFT (Power BI) (Power BI Product Manager, Microsoft Power BI) responded
We have added a tile for memory usage and line graph with exportable data for average memory usage per hour for the past 7 days. We are actively working on improving this experience.
Custom "tooltips" when hovering over a point on a visual. Month after month, I am required to offer Analysis & Actions narrative for how we're performing. It would be nice to see this by hovering over a point on a visual rather than take up valuable real estate with a text box.199 votes
We added report page tooltips back in March to support this. You can learn more my blog post here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-march-2018-feature-summary/
It’s currently in preview, but we have plans to add support for table and matrix, and shortly after make the feature generally available. At that point, I’ll close this idea.
With the June Desktop update, we now support updating your chart fonts to any of the fonts we currently support for textboxes. Learn more in our blog: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-june-feature-summary/#fonts
We will be working on allowing you to use your custom installed fonts as well in a future release.
Multiple requests from groups that would like to see a decomposition tree. Typically they are from Proclarity/PerformancePoint world.4,521 votes
At the Microsoft Business Applications Summit we showed off an early preview of the new decomposition tree visual! It’s in the works and coming soon to Power BI. Check out this blog post for more information: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-new-ai-and-enterprise-features-for-power-bi/
I am not sure if this is known or not but with the recent report filter coming in, it doesn't save the filter when you exit out of the report unlike the page filters which save.
If this is intentional would it be possible to have the option to save this filter.39 votes
We should have fix for this in coming weeks
The sort feature is not available on line graphs, therefore visualising date charts is almost impossible the data is only displayed in volume descending order. I've had a customer turn away purely because they prefer line charts to bar charts...73 votes
We’re working on this one! We’re aware of it and really see it as a bug rather than a new feature. Please stay tuned and you’ll see it in a future release. Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for the feedback; we are working on this – when we reach GA we’ll have better support for saving your in-progress work.
