Make functions refreshable when the data source is a parameter of the function
Like discussed here: http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Integrations-with-Files-and/Refreshing-queries-with-functions-doens-t-work/td-p/2450 - queries where data access happens inside a function and where the data source is dependent on parameters to the function should be refreshable.
100% frustrating to go through the process of preparing reporting using the List.Generate function to only find it won't refresh in the service. This feature is needed ASAP.

Indeed a MUST-HAVE feature. Please provide urgently as this is a blocking factor for us !
Very needed functionality. Please add asap.
This needs to be implemented super urgently!

Well that's pretty poor. One step forward. One step back.

I desperately need this to provide the right date ranges to my data source.

I would appreciate this! Very good idea!

We also need this function really urgent! Customers do not want to use Power BI if funtctions are not refreshable

Super needed! Thanks!
Please add this

We absolutely need this! Our data sources are paged, and functions are the only workable way of getting data

hope this will be released soon ^_^
We really need this. The realy good performance of M language is the function. Not to be able to use it in cloud refresh is really a deception.
Please correct it !

I need this. How long for deploy?
This function is really a must have.
What is a value of a report if the content can not be automatically refreshed ?
It's nice that Power BI Desktop support this function, but if in the same time the refresh service does not support it, I can not use the power of this functionnality for my client...

We also need this for the SharePoint.Tables M query, to be able to call specific sharepoint sites dynamically.
I totally agree with this statement: "This is a significant blocker to the realization of the potential of Power BI - bringing data together from anywhere. A huge number of use cases are prevented without this functionality."
Rory Neary commented
I agree this is very frustrating, it seems like a pretty minor piece of functionality. I also can't get my head around why you need a gateway to access data that exists in the public domain?
