How can we improve Power BI?

Text wrap in tables, cards, etc.! -- in dashboards and reports.

I created an Excel workbook with an XML feed from A.W.rd.A.Day: http://wordsmith.org/awad/rss1.xml. I created a table in PV; text in the description of the word is cut off. I upload to PBI and create a tile. Text in the tile is also cut off. Not cool!

This needs to be re-opened, there is still no chance to word wrap Labels on X-axis. This really is a basic functionality, and lack of this makes most Power BI reports virtually undeadable (especially vertical bar charts. ), when the only way to find out what a bar is describing is to hover over it with a mouse.

You cannot give any kind of a presentation with graphs like this.

And even if you category, etc is something like 12 characters long, basically the only way to make it readable is either to change font really small or make the graph whole page wide.
I can't believe you have missed this basic fundamental functionality, and I can't believe you have closed this idea without fixing this properly.

This is completed on the Desktop side but this word wrap does not function when posted to Power BI report server.

Text wrap on card and multi card needed. As is the ability to format adjust all the text inside it ie. reduce the gap between different measures on a multi card.

Would be less of a problem if you had labels built into maps or multiple KPI's!

Basic stuff even excel can do better.

Wordwrap in tables does not seem to be working for me. I am using the most recent (February 2018) desktop, and the US gov service. We really need this.

Word wrap is badly needed on Power BI Report Server. Adding my voice to the chorus here.

Is there anyway to wrap my titles of tables and graphs? This is SUCH a basic function, the lack of it is borderline criminal and explains why Power BI is falling way behind other data visualisation software

Text wrapping needed on the Power BI Report Server (on premise) as well. I have setup Table and Matrix...wrapped on Power BI Desktop then found later that it does not support by Power BI Report Server. Thank you!

I read the new release features descriptions and tried the new matrix. but is it possible to truncate the column headers somehow??

word wrap in values is great. would it be too greedy to ask for the wrap to honor hard returns from the data source? or a way to achieve it

Fantastic - and just in time for a presentation to my client! The table works really smoothly. Awesome.

I have installed May Update 2017 as given below

    release Version: 2.46.4732.461 64-bit (May, 2017)

But still not showing the New Visual for the Table to do wrap text.

Hi, word wrap for table is in complete, when that text is too big , it is truncating the text. Will post a screen shot shortly.

Would be nice to have a setting that the resizing stayed in place after slicing from another visual

Slicers reset the text wrap. This is the case in desktop, haven't tried on web.

Also, rather than wrapping each column individually in the Matrix Preview visual (which is a great new visual!), can it be made to wrap all columns with the same header (so the same values columns) to be the same width? At the moment I have to do each one individually, then the slicers reset them anyway.
