Conditional Formatting for Scatter Chart backgrounds
It would be great if we were able to conditionally format the background of scatter graphs. With the play axis it is easy to see change over time, but not always obvious when the data you're seeing is good or bad.
I have added an example below which shows risk exposure vs risk allowance. When risk exposure is greater than risk allowance this is bad and vice versa. I have achieved this with a transparent scatter chart and a background. I could also have added an image to the plot area. Either way though the background is not dynamic so if the scale changes the background may not make sense. It would be much better is we could use a measure such as if(exposure > risk, red, green). I could also see applications for 4 quadrant models, but this could be more complex to achieve (perhaps a few stock options would be best). Imagine this is a bit of a technical challenge, but it would provide great data insight for users.
