Dynamics Accessibility in a Workspace | Controlling Report Visibility
Firstly, I should say that we might have a lot of workspaces to publish our reports to. Over time it might get confusing to track which content is where and which users have access to it.
That's why I suggest controlling the visibility of reports for each member. What I mean is that for example we have a workspace for one business division and we have a lot of members in the said division. Instead of creating another workspace we can give users permission to view specific reports in the workspace.
Benefits of this development:
*Handling all reports of Business in one workspace
*Data Security without row-level security
*Able to create team hierarchy in a single workspace
* fewer workspaces!
That could definetly be useful Ozan! Power BI would be more efficient if these developments took place.
