Microsoft Word POWER BI Add-on
Other than the Devscope Power BI addon which does not work the way I expected, Can Microsoft provide a POWER BI Add-on which allows us to insert or copy a particular visual into the word document? I'd like to copy paste a particular chart/graph from power BI web/desktop like we can copy graphs from Excel into Word. I tried to export the Power BI report into a powerpoint file but since we have over 15 pages in this PBI Report this was not allowed.
Surely Microsoft can provide this integration between their own products?
I have been using Snagit to copy-paste visuals into a 60 page report, and it's very time consuming. I would appreciate a quicker way to get these visuals into a report.
Fully agree this should be available. Especially as for public sector we need to report on a quarterly basis and exactly in the same format. So by adding the 'word' integration we can block most of the word template to make use of the best part of D365 FO \ PowerBI and SharePoint.

Agree with others. I am stunned that this wasn't already a feature. We've spent quite a bit of time integrating and learning Power BI assuming that everything in the Microsoft ecosystem played nicely together. I can't believe others don't need this.

I can't believe that this is not getting more votes. We have moved a lot of our analysis from Excel to Power BI but desperately need a better way to paste visuals into reports in PowerPoint and Excel.

This would be a great feature for my organization as well. Our users draft a lot of policy papers, and being able to embed an interactive feature into Word would be a major bonus for us.
A great need for our organisation as well, we have reports which need visuals so that executives can write a narrative for each measure in MS Word document.
This is very much wanted it saves me a lot off time and integration between microsoft products should be in place not via subscription third party products which cost a fortune.
Most of our users snip data and put it in a powerpoint or word document to create presentations and data stories. Having live, up-to-date would save them lot's of time in doing non-value add tasks (eg setting filters, snipping data visuals, etc) and allow them to focus on the value add of deriving insights.

This seems like a no brainer - I don't want to pay for third party tools (I've no doubt DevScape do a good job) when I pay for Power BI already - and it seems like such an obvious win for MS that I can't believe it doesn't do it out of the box.
Not all consumers are happy with using a dashboard - with this I could template a report easily.
