Inmense gap between customers that find PBI useful: Very small ones and huge corporations. There is no solution for mid tier, not only because of incremental refhesh, but for data capacity. 1GB per data set is SMALL.

This is a must have feature for any reasonably size data. Power Bi Premium is completely beyond reach of organizations where Powerbi is being used by thousands of people. This must be provided to Power Bi pro users

I am also switching our entire platform and all of our customers to Tableau. I've had the trouble of this. I'm also going to blog this inadequacy to all future subscribers to PowerBI Pro.

Do we have an ETA for adding incremental refresh to Pro? This is essential for us.

As Gordon Kennedy says below, this is pencilled in for Pro at some point in the future. This has also been restated by Will Thompson at https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/7288623-incremental-data-loads

Incremental refreshes are absolutely fundamental. Is a must have for pro. What is current estimate for this to be available in Pro?

Some clarity from MS would be helpful, but I don't think the situation is as bleak as the comments below would suggest. On the announcement blog for the feature, it says at the bottom:
Related items coming soon - Shared capacity support
Based on customer feedback, we plan to make incremental refresh available on shared-capacity (non Premium) workspaces.Source: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/incremental-refresh-in-power-bi-premium/

It would appear that our votes are going nowhere here. Unbelievable. So much for my Microsoft Partner membership.

You would think MS would want this as well as it would reduce load on their Power BI Service servers.

Yes this is a must. By not doing so, you are forcing excessive data transfers and resources, which, if someone is using Azure, you are making them pay for.
But really, in terms of efficiency, this should be a default for Pro upwards.

A must for us! We rarely need to refresh the whole dataset.

This post has more votes than almost any other post on this forum, yet we can't get any respect from Microsoft. Why is that?

Since Incremental refresh is already available in Premium, why is it not available in the Power BI Pro subscription. I have several dozen customers that want to purchase the Pro subscription but, will not until incremental refresh is available in Pro subscription. I'm getting a bit tired of waiting for Microsfot to add this easy feature. If I do not see this feature real soon, I am going to move our entire platform and all of our customers to Tableau. I've had a enough of this nonsense. I'm also going to blog this inadequacy to all future subscribers to PowerBI Pro. I'm just simply fed up with Microsofts underhanded tactics and I will putmymoney where my mouth is.

We need this feature for our test environment. We generate lots of test data and need incremental refresh so we can efficiently run our tests. It doesn't make sense to require us to purchase a Premium license where we have only a few testers as users.
