Power BI Matrix Visual - increase the allowable columns from around 100 to at least 140 The matrix visual is currently set to around 100 columns. I have a report of Air Quality permit numbers that ranges up to almost 140. The matrix will not show all of the columns, so the customer has to filter the list with slicers the get the display to below 100 columns. Description: When using the Azure Maps visual in Power BI Desktop, I manually disable "Automatic Zoom" and define a custom Zoom Level and Map Center (Latitude and Longitude). Everything works perfectly in Desktop mode — the map retains the desired view and zoom. However, after publishing the report to the Power BI Service, the visual resets to a world view, ignoring the custom zoom and center settings. This happens even though "Automatic Zoom" is disabled. This behavior leads to a poor user experience for consumers viewing the report online, especially when the map is meant to focus on a specific country or region.   Expected Behavior: The custom zoom level and center point defined in Desktop should be respected and retained in the Power BI Service when "Automatic Zoom" is turned off.   Workarounds tried (unsuccessful): Re-saving and re-publishing Bookmarks Disabling auto zoom multiple times Suggestion: Ensure Azure Maps visuals in Power BI Service honor the same zoom and map center settings as in Desktop when "Automatic Zoom" is turned off. ... It would bereally helpful if we had an option to add notes or comments beside each individual visuals in Power BI. This notes could be dynamic based on filters/slicers and even included in reports. Right now, smart narratives or textboxes doesn't serve this purpose well, when we want to explain visuals seperately.A small notes sections per visual would improve make reports meaningful. It would be beneficial to incorporate features from Pivot tables that allow for the expansion and collapse of columns and hierarchical column groups within tabular visuals. This would not only solve the current limitations of matrices but also provide report creators with the flexibility to hide and show rows and columns, saving these settings for future use, thus eliminating the need to scroll through irrelevant data. ... Hi everyone, After updating my Desktop application to the March release, I’ve encountered an odd issue. With the new card visual object, dynamic SVG images don’t appear unless categories are added using the newly implemented feature. This is quite a departure from previous versions, where SVG images displayed seamlessly without any need for further adjustments. I’m wondering if others have experienced something similar. Could this be a known bug, or does it potentially stem from new update settings? While the option to add categories is certainly useful, it seems to introduce an extra complication that didn’t exist before. If you’ve run into the same problem or discovered a workaround, please share your experience. Discussing different approaches could really benefit others facing this snag. When you export from PowerBI to Powerpoint, you can either embed it as a PBI (which is a potential performance issue and may not represent the snapshot in time you care about), or as a picture - which is not editable. It would be ideal to be able to export a PBI to a slide that is made of up editable objects (i.e. tables are tables, cards are text boxes, etc) so that simple things like formatting, colors, or label changes are easy to accomplish. ...
