conditional formatting in matrix
I need to have the possibility to add conditional formatting in Matrix chart as we can do in Cross table in Excel.
We’ve added support for conditional formatting on the matrix visual in the November release of Power BI Desktop. To learn more, check out our blog post: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-november-feature-summary/
Please provide an option to color the positive numbers to green color and negative numbers to red color in Power BI table
can you please try to mimic excel when it comes to the conditional formatting, I want to be able to add negative numbers.

I totally agree some values need to be highlighted compared to others (negativ ones for example)

Can't believe it is still not possible to apply conditional formatting to rowheaders in a matrix. How is anyone ever gonna make a semi decent looking PnL in Power Bi without it!?
Let's get go MS!

Please add the ability to conditionally format the row headers.
Sometimes I have a chart and a matrix with the same data categories on a page. It would be great to use the same color for these categories.
The matrix could also function as a legend for the chart.
I use the table visual for this use-case, but sometimes the matrix would be better.
the conditional formatting that has been applied is at the detail not the subtotal and total values, here is still a way to go on this area personally !
In a matrix visual, conditional formatting is available for fields under "Values" only. i want to color code the fields in "Rows" too. This is especially useful after the May 2018 release where we can conditionally format any field present in the data model and not just the visual fields. Please add that.
Need for text, dates etc.
Need different colors for each data bar...

This feature is incomplete. Need conditional formatting on text, dates, etc...
Yes, for text as well !

Simple conditional formatting (Red foreground if value <0; Black foreground if value >=0) as available in Excel is absolutely needed IMHO...
I agree as well text based conditional formatting is a must

Text field conditional formatting is really a must feature in POWER BI..pls consider it..
This should be developer further as is really limited now..
This is a pretty standard feature and I vote YES! Hopefully this is a priority and will be included shortly

When are you planning to include KPIs in the Matrix?
or in the conditional formatting, have an option to include a symbol next to the value
It would be great to have data bars or sparklines or I would say charts inside matrix.
Thank you very much!
