scheduled export of a report to pdf
It would be nice if there is an option to have a scheduled export of a report to PDF. A nice to have feature would be to directly e-mail it to people so they are being notified of the latest report.
Another update on this item – users now have the ability to set up scheduled subscriptions with paginated reports and 6 different formats, along with parameters per subscription to allow further personalization. There is also now the ability to create paginated reports against any Power BI dataset in the service, and we’re planning to add drillthrough from Power BI to Paginated Reports in the short term.
We still have plans to support e-mail attachments for Power BI reports as well in the coming months, and we’ll share more specifics once we get closer to starting that work.

Yes, Yes, Yes. My CEO and President are not patient enough to use the iPad or login to the web version. I need the exec dashboard to show up in their inbox every morning at 7am (and i don't want to subscribe them to the 3 different tabs in our dashboard to give them 3 emails).
We spent a ton of time getting the other execs to give input thru the .com version, so have great data - just need KISS way to get to the execs with no extra time....
Can't sell Power BI as BI/Reporting tool for industry leading solutions makers as there simply no option to export/print whole report to a single file. Looks like a bad joke.

Not being able to properly print is what will kill this tool. We dumped Hyperion Reporting because of the same issue.
Every time some friend come to me and he say for example "Power BI" is number 1 best new BI platform, then I say:
"My friend, now print me a 2 page report."
Then my friend says, "yes, maybe not is number 1 Power BI... since printing is a joke and OWG executives cannot understand the concept of consuming reports on a touchscreen". What if battery die?
My CEO just eviscerated my scrote over printing. It needs printing to PDF or something.

HOW HAS MICROSOFT NOT EVEN COMMENTED ON THIS IDEA????!?! 2000+ VOTES, AND CRICKETS?!?
Everything was going great in my rollout, until I just told the directors and executives that they cannot print anything that doesn't fit on one page. Anger and frustration followed.

This is the function stopping me sell Power BI in to two pharmaceutical companies. Could you create a make report section in view? This would work in the same way you have created the IPhone view.
My clients want to create several bespoke reports using slicers on multiple pages then hit print to pdf.
Can't believe this isn't available out of the box. Come on Microsoft this really is functionality that is needed by organisations

I used this type of 'automated email of excel export' in Cognos ALL OVER THE PLACE at my last employer. This feature is especially nice when you need to push data to people outside your org but don't want to create a public URL.
Now that we have bookmarks, the print to PDF should allow us to print all bookmarks, putting each bookmark on a separate page.
Also, would be good if we can choose landscape versus portrait.
