Print option from Power BI Desktop
A print option for Power BI Desktop is required.
This will support design and development efforts by having a hard copy available for use in scenarios where online and real-time are not the best approach or even the most appropriate approach.
We are very excited to announce that printing of Power BI reports in PBI Desktop is now available through Export to PDF! You can read all about it in our announcement blog post: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-august-2018-feature-summary/#print
I thought this must be a joke, a MSFT product in 2016 without a basic printing option. So now I have to use SnagIt for sharing reports with other users. Pls consider to bring this soon.

Yeah, it's a bit ridiculous I have to either
1: Share the actual Power BI file and require that person to have Power BI
2: Take screenshots of every page, then use a photo editor to combine them
This is a MUST feature.
It will be great if we can print all when we have multiple tabs.
More than print, an export to pdf, word and powerpoint would be great.
Totally agree with comment from Jeroen Stork. Essentially, I would like the ability choose which page I can print and would like the page to print exactly what is show on the screen. For one of my reports at the moment, I have the page set to an A4 at the moment, but the design and format are scattered all over the place.

This is absolutely critical!

Print and export to Word/PDF option please. Thank You.

Don't take the print option lightly like in the earlier request for printing online which is not working at all but is set to complete. Printing means:
- Multi page
- Controle over the scale
- Printing to PDF
- Real printing and not browser snapshots
Need printing badly and export to PDF. I am blocked from using your service by IT. How am I suppose to distribute?
We need to be able to print legible reports. The current print option is not useful. The reports are in tiny letters on one page. Please fix this problem.
And in development you need to go back and forth with designers and stakeholders-- they'd like to mark up hardcopy with their edits and ideas.

Our uses don't always want to use the cloud service - please provide this seemingly core functionality . . .
Please! Print and export to PDF.

We can now print from the Power BI online service, why can't we do the same from Power BI Desktop?
This seems like a simple requirement that already has a parallel solution.
If I could print PDF files from Desktop Power BI I'd be able to really leverage the power of this tool for my reports.
Sadly, power bi desktop do not have an option to print , any idea when we will have this feature ? power bi team still not looked at this idea ...
Any indication on when this would be available?

Absolutely agree that this is a major need!!!
It is basic and need Microsoft attention to this details.
Why this was not part of Power BI Desktop from the beginning is puzzling. Seems like they want everyone to sign up and charge it as a service!
I don't understand why you would need to send your reports to the cloud and -then- print to pdf. This is really limiting if you need to work offline.
