When you initially open a Power BI Report on a mobile phone, you can see the full screen of the report, including any slicers that sit at the top of the report. Once you scroll up or down, you start seeing a floating menu. The top floating menu has a back arrow and the report name and this then makes the top slicers or content unusable. Either the report needs to automatically slide down as the floating menu appears or there needs to be a way to hide or move this floating menu.23 votes
The new bookmark feature looks great. Would be useful if you could have collections of bookmarks for the presentation mode. For example, we have multiple clients that we provide campaign analysis for. It would be useful to use the same base report for these presentations but with the ability to create a group of bookmarks that are specific to that presentation. That way only one report can be used for every presentation and multiple users could have their own set of bookmarks to view a report in the ways that they specifically care about.333 votes
I’m happy to announce that bookmark groups are here! Check out the details in our August release blog: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-august-2018-feature-summary/#bookmarks
This would have a major impact on organisation old Oracle Essbase envs.9 votes
We’re glad to let you know that the Essbase connector is now Generally Available in Power BI. Please refer to the April release announcement for more details: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-april-2019-feature-summary/
Thanks for your feedback.
As of now only one parameter value can be passed in a filter using the syntax:
<PowerBI report URL>?filter=<Table Name 1>/<Column Name 1> eq 'Value 1' and <Table Name 2>/<Column Name 2> eq 'Value 2'
But we cannot pass more than one value for say <Column Name 1>37 votes
This feature has been released. See more here- https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-url-filters#filter-on-multiple-fields
Can't see the top few lines of the report because of the top banner that pops up. And you can't get rid of it, or enlarge the data3 votes
If you have 2 visualizations that you are toggling through a Bookmark image, and have slicers on your page, if you change a slicer value and click on the image to toggle to a different viz, the slicers value will not be retained. For instance, if I select Canada in a slicer, click on the toggle, the slicer will change back to whatever was saved in the bookmark. It would be nice to have an option to "retain" the current selections. This would allow a user to make different selections in the slicer, and then when the click on the toggle button, it would retain those values instead of using the slicer value when the bookmark was saved.

Hi y’all! Our December update to Power BI Desktop is out, and it has added bookmarking flexibility that should let you retain your filter/slicer state while still toggling visuals. Learn about it in my blog post: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-december-feature-summary/#bookmarkFlexibility
For the Matrix and the Table Visuals (and others), tooltips simply show the value of the item over which the Pointer hovers. The behaviour of the tooltips differs from PBI Desktop to Browser in Terms of Duration of being shown and the truncation of longer texts.
Other visuals (e.g. bar chart) have a customizable tooltip that can be filled by a special field well. Please add the same functionality to table and Matrix visuals!273 votes
We added this in our July release! Read the details on my blog: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-july-2018-feature-summary/#tableTooltips
There was a nice feature released end 2018 / beginning 2019 allowing direct PDF export from PowerBi Service. Unfortunately this does NOT work for custom visuals, as e.g. the hierarchy slicer. I would love to see this feature also working for custom visuals (see also my community post: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Export-to-pdf-Bug-Using-hierarchy-slicer/m-p/636281#M63591 )4 votes
certified Power BI visuals from AppSource do support export to PPT and PDF.

When you click on a button which is, for instance, assigned to a bookmark, the first click only activates button so that you have to click a second time to perform the initial action.
This issue only occurs on the mobile app, however, it's a very bad experience for end users.
Proposal: A button should perform its action right after the first click!5 votes
We would like to have some extra features to the recently release Premium Capacity Monitoring App. Would it be possible to add the dataset size and the consumed capacity per dataset, instead of just the total?15 votes
It would be great if we could change columns labels/names in the standard visuals (Table & Matrixes mainly). In our company we have a data warehouse build to support the PowerBI tabular model with the data. The field names in the data model are not the most intuitive to our PowerBI End User. It could be great if we could change the way the field labels are shown in our tables to be more intuitive and meaningful without needing to change the field names in the data model.1,480 votes
With today’s release, you can now rename any field within a chart or table! Learn more in our blog post: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/blog/power-bi-desktop-july-feature-summary-2/#rename
The Sept 2017 release of Power BI Desktop supports Drillthrough to other reports using the right mouse click. This functionality should be supported in the mobile apps, otherwise when selecting a Drillthough report in the mobile app there is no selected context.256 votes
We just shipped drill through in Power BI Mobile.
thanks you all for your votes!
In portret mode, I like to use 'bookmark-images' for intuïtive navigation. If you can freeze them on top or bottom, you have navigation as you would find in most apps. Now you mostly see the navigation options of the PowerBI app itself, which is rather irritating.11 votes
Please create Amaazon Redshift connector for dataflows.8 votes
Can the iOS app please be updated to make use of the newer iPad Pro screen size (11”)? It’s hard to use the app with limited screen as is, this would be a marked improvement. Thank you.2 votes
Data Profiling similar to what is offered in tools like Talend Data Preparation Tool. You can select a column for example and it gives you quick insights on (Invalid data, empty rows, summary statistics on the column, a frequency distribution of all value sin the column, if the column is an integer data field it will give a nice box plot summarizing the data distribution)58 votes
We’re glad to let you know that this feature is now Generally Available. Please refer to the Power BI Desktop April release announcement for more details: powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-d..

In a scan barcode, after an unsuccessful scan, when you try to scan again, your screen is completely black. That is when no data is associated with the barcode. The flash light still works. This is on iPhone 8 power bi app.2 votes
PowerPoint Export to take into account filters that have been applied to the report prior to export. This is essential for users which need to filter on historic dates and then wish to export the report with those details.1,489 votes
Hello everyone, we’re happy to announce we’ve shipped this long awaited feature – read more about it here on the PowerBI.com blog -
It's great that we currently have Azure AD B2B available for Power BI. However it is not possible to give external guest users access to Power BI reports / dashboards in the mobile application.
This needs to happen before we are able to really use AAD B2B, unfortunately for now we are still stuck creating local AAD users for the external guest users.100 votes
We just released B2B support. You can find more information in this blog post – https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-mobile-apps-now-support-azure-ad-b2b-guest-users/
For the Premium Capacity reports, show actual CPU utilization of Premium capacity rather than just CPU high utilization (represented by the number of times the CPU exceeded 80% utilization). At the moment we have no idea how close we are to breaching CPU performance limits. We could be close to 79% permanently without knowing.11 votes
