Include, Workspace, Report/Dataset name in the Log event made modifying the report using XMLA End point.
"EditDatasetFromExternalApplication" event triggered for both when the dataset is refreshed "Full" also, the same event is captured when we add a Measure or Calculated column.
Having the separated will provide more granular insights.
